All PTO requests must be submitted through the PTO Request form located on the employee portal. All requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested date. Employees should refer to Employee Handbook for official PTO policy.

It is important that as you recertify or obtain new certifications, that you upload them timely to NinthBrain. Failure to have active certifications on file with Freehold EMS will result in not being able to pick up shifts. Please see this Quick Resource Guide for NinthBrain for help completing these tasks.
